NASCAR announced it was investigating after a noose was found hanging in driver Bubba Wallace's garage stall Sunday at Talladega, nearly two weeks after prohibiting any images or displays of the Confederate flag at events.
Wallace, 26, the only black driver in the NASCAR Cup Series, responded on Twitter late Sunday. He said the sport has made a commitment to shaping an inclusive community, adding that "we will not be deterred by the reprehensible actions of those who seek to spread hate.”

One of the most obvious and frequent fake hate crimes is the noose. I’m surprised they don’t have them pre-made to order on ebay.

Either way it boils down to trying to garner support and ratings through sympathy and outrage.
Was the noose placed there at 2:00am by a couple Nigerian guys from Chicago wearing MAGA hats, who then poured bleach on his car, yelled racial slurs and ran off into the night???
I searched under Fox News’ headline; nothing showed-up.
Nowadays, almost all nooses are either something else (like lasso's, exercise ropes, or power cords) OR they were planted by one of da brothas.

Is it really necessary and worthwhile to make a frenzied pursuit of a tasteless prank, emblazoned in the national news media, as if it is a signal event vital to the nation, to the world? I hope NASCAR really makes a ferocious effort to seek out the culprit and hangin’ high.
Everyone is lately so hellbent on virtue signaling, trying to prove to the world that they are on the right side, that they are making fools of themselves.
I have watched the media types report on rape, murder, mayhem, riots, and looting with calm equanimity, but if they sniff out the merest hint of racism, their voice tightens, their eyes blaze, there is in evident in their inner being a barely contained explosion of anger that they are holding down with the greatest of effort.

You would think NASCAR stalls would be thoroughly covered with security cameras considering the amount of money involved, the propriety information to be guarded and to prevent cheating.
