This is getting a little silly....both the Pro and Anti Mask battles. I have a couple of the check marks....I do not want to catch this. Wearing a mask is a pain in the arse. But-—around people, etc, I will put one one. What you do with your life and health is up to you.
I am not a fear-bro, nor a flu-bro, but come the cold and flu season this winter, I would be happy to see those with the flu that insist on walking around, wear a mask. Maybe flu deaths might see an downward tick then.

Masks don’t prevent work from being done or customers from buying, but they do make monkeys uncomfortable. Get to work! Wear masks in indoor crowds. Or don’t. I don’t care.

The Chinese and many Asians do it, they can’t all be wrong! In China you can find places where they still have open slits to poop into right next to where they are cooking food, but even they know to wear a face mask because it works so well.
Face masks make me feel safe and allow me to feel like I’m doing something. I am a good person because I wear a face mask. My leaders are good people because they take action and protect me from this disease. You need to also be a responsible, professional, ethical and patriotic citizen and wear your face mask like everyone else. Everyone else is doing it, so you should too.
See, I know all the science you need to know about why you need to wear your mask.

If you can require face masks this year to protect others from a hypothetical danger, then you can require the veil next year and the burka the year after that. No, thank you. I frequently wear the face mask, by choice, because of family health reasons (and did so before the Chinese Kung Flu Corona Virus), but no one has the authority to order me to do so.

I had surgery this month, and I’ve had several over the decades. In every prior instance everyone I encountered had been kind, personal, and efficient.
This month, from Pre-Registration, to Pre-Testing, to surgery prep, to floor nurses, it was a nightmare — truly mean, nasty people. (And that is SO NOT typical of people in Tennessee!)
I chalked it up to masks, which are stifling and irritating, and make people cranky. It’s impossible to have a positive personal interaction when entire faces and expressions can’t be seen; good communication can’t happen.
As for social distancing, when hospitals prohibit patients from having a family member accompany them through the process, it gives staff free rein to behave any way they please. Advocates are so important in these situations. It keeps people “honest”.
Anyhow, I refuse to believe these staff members act this way when mask-less.
I’m putting up a fence around my yard tomorrow. The wind borne plague is not getting me.
And for extra insurance I am going to slaughter a couple of small animals and spread their entrails around my doors to make certain nothing gets in.
My county has had 36 cases and 1 death. The woman was over 60 with terminal cancer and given 6-12 months to live. She is classified as dying in month 11 of......the Kung Flu.

There’s another aspect to this germ-free isolated mask decree.
By isolating, wearing a mask and super cleaning yourself and your house, you are preventing your system from accessing microbes, some of which are beneficial. Thus your immune system is weakened.
Plus your are not getting vitamin D staying in your house.
There could be a cancer spike or other more deadly diseases that affect everyone because of these unhealthy habits. I’d like to know why our doctors aren’t warning us about this.
This massive obedience surprised me.
