Do the testimonies of the deceased hold up in a trial?
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
I think that is a great question. Not a law fag, but I’m thinking “sometimes” - I’m guessing it has to do with the circumstances and jurisdictions. Was there a previous deposition or official kind of documentation? I’m guessing that in any event the judge would have to rule on that, and it might depend on the rules and laws of the jurisdiction.

Not a lawfag...but, the last will and testiment holds up in court. So maybe like Texokie said, if deposed, notarized, witnessed??? Something like that.
