Kudzu is taking over whole states, it’s like Triffids.

Years ago while in Atlanta for a conference driving on the freeway you could see entire blocks covered in a carpet of green kudzu where the buildings had almost disappeared.

Kudzu was also an outstanding comic strip. I got to meet Doug Marlette when he was the staff cartoonist for the Charlotte Observer and I was in school at UNC.

An amazing cast of characters. My favorite was Rev. Will B. Dunn.
