Ugh, it reminds me of a documentary I watched not too long ago about an 8 year old boy who was killed by his parents..the social workers were brought up on charges as they were worse than useless!!

Social workers do not have the same level of education needed to be a psychologist, they are glorified friends imho

Did you notice what post number your reply landed on?

Your reply may be relevant to the George Floyd case, as the definition of "custody" for establishing obligations on the part of the government for being required to keep someone safe.

If you're in cuffs, and arrested, yes. Social workers, not so much.

Some other poster (he sounded like a defense lawyer to me, but I don't really know) trying to defend ex-officer Chauvin posted a link to that claiming it exonerated Mr. Kneecap, when it did the opposite.
