Ugh, it reminds me of a documentary I watched not too long ago about an 8 year old boy who was killed by his parents..the social workers were brought up on charges as they were worse than useless!!
Social workers do not have the same level of education needed to be a psychologist, they are glorified friends imho
Your reply may be relevant to the George Floyd case, as the definition of "custody" for establishing obligations on the part of the government for being required to keep someone safe.
If you're in cuffs, and arrested, yes. Social workers, not so much.
