Making the good cops quit is part of the plan, and it seems to be working. The 655,000 NATO/DYNCORP trained overseas for policing (after governments were toppled) people are already here —brought in under the JTTF under McCabe, and were being brought in since around 9/11—brown shirts likely would be the best description.
That’s what happened in Germany-Hitler replaced the regular police with thugs—police brutality on steroids with Brown Shirts.
