Knowing what the DS is willing to do to win I don’t think it is coincidental - I think it is part of their plan to force people like him to renounce America or their loved ones will face the consequences. Drew Brees and similar - what would you do if offered the choice between changing your public opinion to apologize, admit you were wrong, and praise the DS or maintaining your current position and watching your family die.
