White privilege refers to the collection of benefits that white people receive in a racially structured society in which they are at the top of the racial hierarchy.
Being poor, raised poor doesn’t count as an excuse because you don’t have to worry about being followed in a store or the police.
That’d be profiling, not some privilege of not being profiled; or not. Dunno. That term is so bandied about just like a black running out in a snow storm screaming at the clouds that white snow is racist.
Check your [so far] one-sided facts - I’ve seen cops follow whites dressed like hoods. Attributing anything bad that happens to blacks as racist but anything that happens to poor whites — oh, never mind. Blacks can’t be perpetrators, and whites can’t be victims. Paid your dues to BLM yet?

I can, from my own experience, tell you that being white and poor puts a big “monitor this individual” sign on you.
Stores, been followed. Police, been followed and stopped, because “this is an area known for drugs.” I know, I live here.
Cop: “Sir, do you know why I pulled you over?”
Me: “Couldn’t find any puppies and kittens to stomp on? “
Also me: “Mom, can you come bail me out of jail?”
Black privilege: Affirmative Action ensuring that you will be hired even if marginally qualified, over more qualified whites.
Black privilege: having teachers and employers walk on eggshells to avoid blacks calling them racist because they wanted some actual performance.
Black privilege: white police avoiding shooting violent black criminals because they want to avoid riots.
