Could it be a Pulsar? There is one in the Crab Nebula that is very powerful. The Earth rotates on its axis once in 24 hours. The Sun rotates once in 26 days. The Pulsar rotates
once in 33 milliseconds. Check it out!
It is only 5,000 light years distance from Earth...
