Do you know why minorities feel “harassed”?
Because liberal cities that have been run by Democrats for decades keep passing law after law in an attempt to micromanage everyone’s lives.
Laws against “loosies” (the sale of individual cigarettes) led to the death of Eric Garner in NYC.
Minorities often cannot afford a full pack of cigarettes because of the high taxes Democrats have levied upon them.
So, when an enterprising man buys a pack and sells them one at a time, making a profit, we should applaud. But because that extra profit is not taxed, the Democrats made it illegal.
The TRUTH is that minorities are harassed by Democrats.

I've known a lot of Liberals who scorn Republicans as the party that wants to "control everything", but that bit of illogic is really impossible to sustain in the current environment. The first Republican president, Abraham Lincoln, freed the slaves. Donald Trump is trying to do the same thing.
Wrong. Whatever your opinion on cigarette laws, the only one responsible for Eric Garner‘s death is Eric Garner through his combative conduct with police.

When the commies, who the black folk are helping take over our country, line them up for work assignment and tell them which cotton field they'll pick today then perhaps they will take time to reflect back on their past mistakes... Maybe... IF the commies let them live that long... Thirty or forty million dead would not be a first for the commies...
Are you saying laws on taxation shouldn't apply to some people BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF THEIR SKIN? Or that low income people should have tax free subsidized cigarettes?

How about gasoline. Equally high taxes on that... should black citizens get a free pass on paying taxes every time they fill their tank because they're black? No, that's racism. Real racism.
Why not contact cigarette manufacturers and request smaller packs... Or hit up legislatures on reducing 'sin' taxes... Taxes that primarily hit the poor. Or ask legislatures to pass 'sin' taxes that hit 'the elite'. High taxes on all bottles of wine in restaurants that costs over $80 a bottle? Then watch how the 'elites' worm their way out of it and copy that?
Lots of solutions OTHER than breaking the law.
