That is using political and social pressure to force other people to go along with certain delusions. As I have stated, that is wrong. Not illegal as the laws are written but wrong. There is a difference.

They can fire someone for having Limburger sandwiches for lunch if they like.
Unless you have an employment contract that says you can only be fired for certain reasons during a specified length of time it is a-ok to fire someone for any number of reasons.
Now we do currently have laws saying you can not fire someone for certain reasons one which is for racial heritage. If the NAACP fired her because of her skin shade she would have a cause for legal action against them.
Now if she represented herself as being of a certain racial heritage on her application for employment and she is not of the heritage then they can fire her for lying on her employment form with no repercussions.
My point is this—we are pressured to accept Bruce Jenner. But if I want to identify as an onion, why is there no pressure to accept that? LOL
