Thank you liberals, protesters and rioters

People that never wanted to own a gun are buying. People that have enough guns are buying more. The anti-gun rhetoric is gone & forgotten.

FEAR caused by these paid Soros stupid people have just increased gun sales more than every before. Many gun stores are empty - never before.

Everyone don't forget to stock up on ammo and get range time

No different than Nobama’s reign. More going on here than meets the eye. Supernatural, since Nobama’s time citizens have armed up in historical amounts, now, under Trumps rule even more. Why? Not sure, but there is a reason Americans have been “ called “ unconsciously to arm themselves and be ready to protect themselves and their property. The future wil reveal why. Civil War? Massive government oversteps? ( revolt), distrust?, nation collapse, American soil invaded? I tend to think the up arming will be for “ good”, not evil.

Doesn’t matter. When they cheat their way back into power they will confiscate.

The new Virginia gun laws go into effect July 1st rain, shine or however the public currently feels about guns. It’s basically registration as far as I can tell. Any gun purchase after July 1st will have to have a background check, and it becomes mandatory to report lost or stolen guns. To my understanding they will then know who is supposed to currently own that gun by the serial number if it was purchased after July 1st.

The most we can hope for is a backlash in the next election and the laws get repealed. I have my doubts that will happen, there are many news cycles between now and then, and many voters will have long forgotten about it in all probability.

Adding to my observation, take it to the bank. An armed “ righteous “ man is a blessing, while an armed “unrighteous” man is a curse. It would be very interesting to see the numbers ( statistics) on gun buyer’s religious preference.

“Even libs in my ‘hood are coming around to 2A.”

I guess that could be a good thing or a bad thing. Liberals with guns could be scary.

If Joementia Biden is Elected, he’ll make sure Beto rekindles the Rat Gun Control Agenda.

If all those first time Gun purchasers become first time Republican Voters that hopefully won’t happen.

When the plandemic started up, people started arming up.

Prepping for instability and possible riots.

I started prepping when obama was just a candidate.

Time is going to tell what mayhem will befall the state’s that discourage gun ownership or abolish it. From what I can see for some time, mayhem tends to blossom under blue states governorship.

...they will then know who is supposed to currently own that gun by the serial number...

The feds already have that in place with the form 4473.

It was established under Clinton and he promised that they would only keep those records for 30 days.

They have the serial number from when it was purchased new from a FFL holder when a background check was done on the purchaser. They don’t know who is supposed to own that gun if it is then subsequently sold by the private owner to another person. After July 1st all gun sales/transactions of guns bought from a FFL holder will then require a background check any time that gun is sold/transfers ownership. To my understanding the serial number will be tracked along with the person who passed the background check and is supposed to now own the gun.

This, along with mandatory reporting of lost or stolen firearms seems to be registration to me. Seems like they will know the serial number and who is supposed to own that gun.

Ok, so this is tracking of private sales?

Good luck with that.

And all the boating accidents soon to come.

“I guess that could be a good thing or a bad thing. Liberals with guns could be scary.”

True dat. The ones out here in my ‘hood are not rabid lefties but on-the-fence types, who have worked hard for their nice things and have no qualms about protecting the families and their possessions. It also helps that I’m semi-rural about 45 minutes from Detroit.

Beautiful area with lakes, hills, open spaces, winding roads, dirt roads also.

“have no qualms about protecting the families and their possessions.”

Then I think they might be receptive to crossing that line some day, and do a #WalkAway. When the libs realize that their nice things could be stolen within minutes, new 2A supporters are born.

Yeah a ‘universal background check’ on all guns purchased from a FFL holder after July 1st. So guns purchased from a FFL holder before July 1st are lost in the ozone, you just say ‘I sold it in 2019 to some guy in blackface, it might have been Northam I guess.’ They can’t track it by person if it shows up at a crime scene or whatever. They use the serial number to find the FFL holder, and then the original purchaser. Then the trail goes cold.

For guns purchased from a FFL holder after July 1st, they will be able to track guns or punish the person who sold the gun without doing a background check or reporting it lost or stolen.

After July 1st it will also be required that you report lost or stolen guns. I have no idea how well they enforce/investigate that, supposedly 9 other states have it already if I recall.

That is a great weapon. Never jams, breaks down for cleaning and back together in short order. 7.62 cartridge. Accurate to 300yards. An ideal home defense or close combat weapon.

We have little chance of taking Virginia back.
McAwful institutionalized vote fraud by stopping the checks on citizenship of registrants.
A judge assigned a UofCA Irvine professor to draw Democrat maps.
Then Blackface Babykiller repealed voter ID which we have had forever and expanded vote by mail.

They outlawed private sales, all transfers must go through an FFL and a Background check done with paperwork.
It is de facto registration.

Yeah, it doesn’t look good. It’s kind of amazing Virginia lasted as long as it did against the lib sociopath takeover when you think about it.
