Ermmmm...who named the “big storm” Cristobal?
I looked it up, the origin is Spanish and it means “Christ-bearer” and we keep talking about how it’s going to be biblical. Anyone know who names these things?

Bueller? :)

Used to be a group in the Weather Bureau, now it's National Weather Service a part of NOAA.

That group's now most likely to be a whole herd of bureaucrats with a supercomputer programmed to generate these names every year with an annual budget of billions.

DS? Down to their bootheels.

JMHO, this is just one of those cases where that cigar is just a cigar. (And we'll save the real Biblical Storm for the DC area)

Please Pray for the reversal of the withdrawal of National Guard troops from California.

Please call Governor Newsom and tell him to leave CA troops in place.

Gavin Newsom's Phone Number: Phone: (916) 445-2841

Please contact your representatives and senators and tell them to support the interests of the people who voted for them.
