That group's now most likely to be a whole herd of bureaucrats with a supercomputer programmed to generate these names every year with an annual budget of billions.

You may not know that happened. ABC, CBS and NBC ignored it that night. PBS gave the story 55 seconds. NPR gave it four minutes, but those minutes sounded bizarre.
