I think the cops should just say “The police department came up with a great solution to save money, and that is that we will no longer patrol, respond or arrest anyone in black neighborhoods.... until the black community begs us to come back, Oh and by the way, fire departments and paramedics will not enter into hot zones, so enjoy policing yourselve, putting out your own fires and driving yourselves to hospitals! Meanwhile we will still due our duty to patrol and protect everyone else.”

So much for publicly crying at a spectacle called a memorial service... start of it sounded like an ad for a law firm, then they got Al and Jessie, had it indoors while ‘regular’ folks have to wait till the ‘crisis (BEERFLU) is over to have a church service or public burial and this thug is lying in state in 3 different areas.
SURPRISED he wasn’t ‘invited’ to DC for the BLM extravaganza today.

I did note the weasel-worded reply here. It could mean anything at all, you know. He could reduce any portion of the force while growing others. It could be 100% S.W.A.T. team, all meter maids, all detectives, or just a team to protect him and his cronies. Or it could be exactly what it is now.
