Would really like to know what building(s) that lightning struck twice that made a “Q”.

I've tried on maps, but can't come up with an answer. But fo sho the Washington Monument got a good crack.

I’d like to kknow if it was “ground-to-cloud” lightning or “cloud-to-ground” lighning.

I, personally, am on the fence of whether it was lightning at all.
