Milley is claiming the president is violating the Constitution and therefore soldiers who uphold the constitution Constitution MUST refuse to be loyal to the president. Milley implies the President’s actions are an enemy of the Constitution.
Took the oath multiple times, never swore anything personally to the President. Obey the orders of the President as others above me, obviously as long as they are legal orders.
