These are "fonts" that you can use on Twitter. Essentially they are HTML characters rather than fonts. For instance the one we keep seeing:

This site called Twitter Fonts is where you can go to get some "font" flair for your twit posts. You type something in and it gives you a crazy font versions of what you entered.
