My question: will the dems be able to get them out of prison? I don’t think Trump has been able to legally make them a terrorist group IE: getting them out of US jurisdiction (Gitmo)

Some of the Dem strongholds have so called no bail laws. Due to poor people not being able to pay fines or bail, it was deemed discriminatory practice, so now they get out for free.

There is no such practice for Federal crime, so as long as the crime is Federal, it should not be so easy. Crossing state lines to participate in riots is a Federal crime, regardless of what Antifa is designated. Just my opinion.
