I think POTUS has been hinting at something akin to super opportunity zones in trump time and I wondered if Army Corps of Engineers might be used. ... as-is, destruction is exactly what Soros + HUSSEIN + HRC & Biden want there, not just for now, either. Pawns.

Great insight, Steve W. - It would really help the people in these areas. The rioters burned down a new low-income housing complex, adding even more pain to the residents - I think it will take something like that to save Minneapolis and St. Paul.
