Yum looks like an American outfit, based solely on the names of the board of directors/officers. So I guess they’re safe.

I saw the name Yum! and thought immediately of China or Vietnam.

No - it’s basically Taco Bell and KFC which were previously held as a division of Pepsi; but as part of a “get back to basics” they spun them off as their own stock YUM

76% of the stock is owned by institutional holdings - mutual funds, etc. Nothing of interest in the insider tradings either. Pretty standard transactions compared to prior years.
