Hello fellow conservatives,
I am scheduled to fly from NY(LaGuardia)to South Dakota next week(June 5th) with a brief stop in Minneapolis.
Given the current riots in both cities, do you think I should postpone the trip? Or do you think the airports are pretty safe?
Appreciate your thoughts!
Sounds like a brief layover at MPLS to transfer to a regional carrier. You should be fine. Airport is a decent distance from where the major action is.
What a dumb question ...
Go about your business, the Media hypes all of this. I was on a business trip in St Louis a few years when similar incidents wee curing. If you watched the news it was the end of the world. Being there, nobody paid much attention to it.
If you do go and you should, practice situational awareness just in case.
Minneapolis is a very good hub airport. You should have no issues.
Don’t leave the airport. You’ll be fine.
You’ll be fine.
Just to be safe, you should probably take Greyhound.
I doubt the savages will try to burn the airport down, or loot the airport liquor stores. But watch out if there’s a sneaker store!
Besides, they would have to go through airport security, and we know how secure that is.
The airport is near the Mall of America. If they even get out that way, it will take them a year to loot the MoA. You’ll be fine connecting flights. You won’t even know anything is going on unless they force you to watch CNN.
Just stay at the airport and use their hotel, if you’re staying over night.
Airports should be perfectly safe.
Just do the same thing with a bottle of beer.
You will be fine as long as the “Girlfriend”train isn’t running.
The airport is not near downtown - many miles away. Its also circled by highways, swamps and grassy fields that no lazy protestor would bother to cross even if it were near them.
Lol
The airport should be relatively safe.
I’ve changed planes there a couple of times; it’s a big airport. Getting from one gate to the other could take a bit of time, even with the people movers. My wife and I still laugh at the time I was running on the people mover with two suitcases in my hands and barely made a connecting flight.
MSP is perfectly safe
Trivia: What used to be on the site where Mall of America is now?
Bring a gun in your check-on luggage.
