I thought so too and believed that he was part of the Q team until he retired. I’ve been wondering if he still is and, if so, how does he get his information now?
I grant that it’s possible that he’s still a part of the team but that he’s now only communicating with us about the more general parts of the plan. Or maybe the plan is so detailed and they’re following it so closely that he’s still essentially an insider.
Or maybe he’s not on the team and never was (*wink*). Far be it from me to try to dox Admiral Rogers. He’s a hero in my book, whatever his current role.

I’ve been thinking he’s one of the major players in Q comms since I started taking Q seroiusly. (I think around Dec.17). I would not be surprised re: Gen. Flynn either, in fact I would be is on the Q team.
