The way it stands now, at least one state is talking using drop boxes, which would bypass the USPS. POTUS would have to mandate that the USPS be used. But does anyone trust the Rat governors to do that?
Carlos Osweda has a theory that Trump WANTS mail-in voting. I don’t like the idea myself, but he makes some good points. There certainly are some advantages to have all ballots countrywide funnel through one place if it’s secure.

I read that thread Osweda wrote. I agree that he made some good points, but I don’t agree with having vote by mail. I really don’t think POTUS does either. TBD

And putting a Trump guy in charge of eighty gazillion on-the-ground Anti-Trump guys is no solution.
Also, how do drop boxes solve the riddle of giving out ballots to every Tom, Dick, and Ese that just hopped outta the trunk? Half the problem lies before the drop box.
