The ears can be changed due to the elastic band of the mask. But the Eyebrows are grayer on the masked “Joe” and the hair line at back of his head looks different. Also there are more lines on the forehead of the masked Joe. I did not see the clip on TV did JOE say anything at this event?

Look at the blemishes/sun spots. They are in the same place although not as noticeable in the first picture. Looks like he has not had his botox in the second image.
