Reading this “war” drop, I started thinking about what would happen if Barr charged the suspect list with crimes, then Trump lost and Biden (or his VP) decided to put an Attorney General in place who would drop all of the charges and avoid having to pardon the Obama Insurrection Gang.
Could the Flynn/Judge Sullivan charade be a manipulation of the case law so that if the AG drops a charge, there is no way for the courts to rectify the action and continue prosecution?
If trump does not win in November, I don’t think any of these bad apples will ever get punished and the Flynn case will be their precedent.
Did Sullivan do this on purpose to eliminate any judicial recourse if another Eric Holder gets into the AG job?
Are we being played?

Prosecutorial Discretion—happens all the time. No need to go through additional manuvers to get that. It was in our face with James Comey’s no reasonable prosecutor would bring a case against HRC.
POTUS has to win or a lot of derps skate. That’s a fact.
Trump won’t lose. To me, personally, “What if?” trains of thought are only useful if withint the realm of possibility.
