It’s already violent. The rate of black on white violent crime is 1100 TIMES higher than the rate of white on black violent crime. You never seem to want to grapple with that fact. You DO seem all ate up with the notion of a violent race war between blacks and whites.
I own three German Shepherds. Two of them have off leash privileges, the two girls. Max may go off leash if there is absolutely no one else in sight that he isn’t already friends with. Max is my Chief of Security, and he doesn’t put up with anything, so I have to protect all others from him, and him from himself.
If at anytime someone asks me to leash the girls, I will and have done so, and most times I will leash them without being asked if I see any situation that calls for them being leashed, such as a speed skating team racing around the track. They don’t need two dogs running around chasing their balls and causing massive pile ups of high speed humans.
It’s just a matter of courtesy.
And one must also consider that someone who fears a dog can shoot the dog, and they’re won’t be much I can do about it. It would really be my fault, so that is something I want to avoid.
It is statements like this from presstitutes that make me believe in Citizen Conducted Extraordinary Rendition, If she was dropped off in South Los Angeles or South Chicago, dressed as a hooker with no money or phone, would she make it back home???

Interracial violent crime in the USA is overwhelmingly committed by blacks.
Blacks murder (at least) twice as many whites as whites murder blacks. And since the black population is one-sixth that of the white population, this means that blacks commit interracial murder at a rate TWELEVE TIMES that of the reverse.
And the other serious interracial crimes are even more skewed than murder/homicide. Blacks assault, rob and rape other race groups far out of proportion to the their population share . (FWIW: White on black rape almost doesn't exist statistically it is so rare. )
The relation of Gayle King's claim to the truth is Opposite.
Non-black persons account for less than 10% of all violent crimes against black persons in this country.
Non-white persons account for less than 20% of all violent crimes against white persons in this country.
The message is clear: DON’T LIVE NEAR PEOPLE WHO LOOK LIKE YOU DO! *bada*boom*kisk*
