Wasn’t anybody “alerted to the disturbing” sight of bleeding and bruised elderly patients ???

Was that a norm at that nursing home ???

why did they have to watch videos later to see what was happening to patients who should have been watched constantly ???

Oh they probably were. Saw it first hand, but figured since nobody could come visit, they'd sweep it under the carpet, and it would be all over and done with by the time anyone from outside was allowed to come in. Didn't want to have to call the police to report it. That would mean they'd have to fill out paperwork, and answer questions, and that would mean fines, and such for allowing it to occur. Can't have that happen.
