RE FLYNN: Sidney Powell notes that Judge Sullivan has now introduced more + serious ethical issues into the Flynn case by hiring an attorney - these are/would be improper +/- illegal ex parte communications with Wilkinson. As general law, a Judge is not supposed to communicate with anyone about the case outside the court room except, presumably, his law clerks. The hiring of a defense attorney is thus even further perplexing because he has law clerks for such (otherwise “legitimate”) activities and further suggests he’s hired Wilkinson to be his (criminal) defense attorney. IMO - if/as/when Wilkinson files her notice of appearance / substitution of counsel, the Court of Appeals should immediately bounce him. TBD + WWG1WGA :)
