Liberals are the ones that would sue a store over getting sick. Be hard to prove where they got sick, but they would try.
I think we all know how adamantly you feel about bullying conservatives so maybe you should give it a rest.

I don’t use next-door, though on the local Facebook group every single moderator is a leftist who belittle anyone who dares question doctor fraud or mask wearers because everyone is too stupid to understand how super serious this is, and you are going to kill people if you do not wear a mask.
I remember in school the nuclear drills, getting under the desks, thinking it wouldn’t do any good and wishing I had never been born because we were all going to die. Bet little kids are unduly frightened during this too.

I have seen people say something similar online, how they literally have not left their house since sometime in March except for maybe once or twice a month to get groceries. They have even said they won’t go in the front yard In case someone walks by on the sidewalk and they aren’t wearing a mask. No idea if they will actually go in the backyard or they literally in the basement the entire time.
I do like Dr. Fraud much better when he is silent and wearing a mask.
I guess I missed whoever “they” are and what “they” did.

Not around here. We don’t have many liberals. I only wear mine in crowds and I normally avoid crowds as much as possible. I don’t think healthy people need them unless it makes them feel better to wear one but a lot of people like me have a health issue that makes it really bad if we get any respiratory illness. Even a bad case of bronchitis can put me in the hospital with pneumonia. If I go to the post office or a store that isn’t crowded I don’t wear it. Either way, it should be a harassment free choice.
I feel the same as you about getting grief. That’s my whole point. I don’t care one bit if anybody else is not wearing one. Most people don’t need to. At the same time I don’t want to be harassed because I have one on.

I live in a very conservative town. Our local community has a FB group. A few conservatives in the group have been threatening people they see wearing masks for the same reason mentioned in here (government mind control, sheep, etc.) It’s not only local. I have seen a lot of mask shaming, name calling, and threats all over against people wearing masks.
My whole point is that not all of us that wear one in a crowd are liberal nutcases. A lot of us are conservatives with health issues. I wear one in crowds during flu season and have for years on advice of my doctor. I would NEVER wear one just because the government advised me to. I despise liberals as much or more than anybody here. I laugh at the things they do too.
I worry that the bullying over masks will escalate and could lead to some elderly and sick people not wearing them out of fear of being harassed. I’m not that timid but some are.
Also, a lot of businesses have had to ask people to wear them to protect themselves from lawsuits. Yes, it would be the liberals suing them but they are sued just the same. If they ask me to wear one while in their business I will comply with them to help them stay in business. I do not do it to comply with the government. I hate and distrust the CDC and WHO as much as anybody here. I know why blue states are dragging this thing out. I don’t live in a cave.
All I’m asking is that conservatives that think it’s OK to harass mask wearers are wrong. It’s not. You are possibly endangering the very people that need to be protected like the elderly and the sick because not all of them are as tough and ornery as I am. :-)
So far I have not been picked on by any liberals since we don’t have many. I have seen a lot of threats made by conservatives and I think we are better than that.
The reason I asked is that there is one in Charleston TN near me and it’s pretty rural. Most nosy liberals seen around there are from out of state and jump off the Interstate to get gas.
I went to Lowe’s, planning to put my stimulus money toward a new, $3K riding mower.
I had a couple of reasonable questions before I’d close the deal, but the tall, muscular sales clerk acted like such a pussy— he kept hollering, “MA’AM, I’m asking you to stand back! MA’AM, I really don’t want to call security!” -—he was afraid I MIGHT step over the 6-foot line, he wouldn’t listen to or attempt to answer my questions-—I just walked out & didn’t buy.
