Also connected: Another answer to Q 140 "Why did POTUS receive a sword dance when visiting SA?"

The term 'ardah' is thought to derive from the Arabic verb ard meaning 'to show' or 'to parade'. It was so named because its purpose was to publicly display the fighting strength of a tribe and boost morale before an armed engagement.

Originally, before being used for weddings and other events: the "ardah" was performed only by males of tribes of the central Nejd region before going to war.

Now think about the Renegade years - Gaddafi, egypt, entire middle east in flames, syria, no name, ben ghazi...

Saudi was a very important 'flip' for the Donald.

Like Ukraine after it, he turned Saudi from a derp state to a MAGA state. He backed MbS, who ousted the derps and put Saudi on the side of patriots everywhere, Trump, America, and the good guys. He turned enemy into ally. Our new ally celebrated that new status with their sword dance.

The chess pieces continue to be rearranged.

The silent war continues.

Old tweet comes to mind:
[para] ‘Sometime soon the nations of the middle east will begin police themselves.’

I took this to mean that the Saudi’s were working to put together a middle east league of peacekeepers.
And the “ardah” was their public show and promise to DJT.
