And the media/deep state is deflecting on this.

Previously I posted about this statute.
It protects and INDIVIDUAL’S enumerated rights, not the rights of regulated entities.
According to IRS rules and State/local permitting, a church is a regulated entity.
Not the individual members.

Individual citizens must bring charges within this statute.
There is no “right to work” protected by the Constitution.
There damn sure is a right to “free exercise of religion”.
For The People.

Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.

Government entities at all levels, over the years, have chipped away at the rights of the people to life, liberty, and property. People have given their blessings to these usurpations when it has been someone else's rights that were being denied or disparaged.

Recently, we have heard the Attorney General discuss the concept of equal justice in several interviews. The Q drops have made several references to "We the People". The President has spoken about returning power to the People of the USA.

We'll see if any of them were serious about that.

During this pandemic, the federal government issued "guidelines" for staying safe.

Democrat governors and mayors mistakenly interpreted those "guidelines" as permission to go "full Nazi" against the rights (enumerated or not) of the people.

The DOJ/FBI usually has no problem investigating and bringing charges against people for criminal violations of the US Code. Why would you think that, "Individual citizens must bring charges within this statute?"
