Well there’s this Old tweet, but it came up more recently and I’m also drawing a blank. One of the terms that we posted as a possibility, had to do with a reservoir of disease-people that could serve as reinfection vectors-ie people as bioweapons.

I speculated that reservoir was actually a reference to a couple of things which I got as an idea from GA888 on Reddit:

RESERVOIR: a population, tissue, etc., that is chronically infested with the causative agent of a disease and can act as a source of further infection.
