In the legal world, using the term "upon information and belief" covers the CURRENT knowledge of the swearer. Sometimes, it is used trickily in a hurry before suspected information makes it up the pipeline.
Based on the information I have today..I’d tar and feather the lot of them, put ‘em on a rail, carry them to the border and dump them without ceremony or remorse. But I’m not a big ole attorney general, I’m just part of We The People. /s
