The Grenell declas of unmaskers was new information to Durham, he can no more get classified info than anyone else.

How do you know this? I would only accept this with very hard evidence.
Also keep in mind how many times Q has said “Knowingly” in a very weighted manner.

I suspect Declas covers more than just unmasking.
As for Barr’s statement regarding Obama and Biden, I think one thing Barr has made very clear. He will not recommend charges be filed unless the case can be proved beyond a reasonable doubt. Obama and Biden have people willing to fall on their swords. Getting enough proof to legally present in court will be difficult.
It’s possible that it has to come down to who do those people fear the most. The Courts or the Cabal.
Or, maybe there is air-tight evidence the Durham has not shared with Barr...yet.
It made sense to me because unless he’d gotten something declassified previously he’d be unable to show it to a grand jury. And the stories I read clearly suggested the list of unmaskers was new information to the DOJ. For example, the story below ran after we learned that the declas had happened and been given to Barr, but before the names were made public by Grenell last week:
“ODNI delivered information related to unmasking and we have taken note of it,” the (DOJ) official said. “We will be looking at it to the extent that it is relevant to any investigation.”
I think HRC may accompany the first FISA things to nail the F_I + D_J types based on what we’re reviewing etc.. It allows a narrative along the lines of “we found HRC is corrupt, she sponsored + created the whole ‘russian collusion’ fraud” and that link can be proven by what we know and is available to Durham now”. It sets Barr up as fair + wise ... then, later, “well that was what we knew then ... no we know xyz”
