I have been “Keto” since December of 2017. Lost 120 lbs, cured all sorts of ailments, and am now comfortably maintaining.
So many of our food-related “comorbidities” are easily healed by changing our eating choices, and what most just don’t understand from years of food advertising?
Once you get the cr@p out of your system, you are no longer hungry, don’t crave it, have stable blood sugar, and your health is incredibly improved.
Just good meat, above-ground veggies, and healthy animal fats, what is being sent in the “Farm to Table box”. But, I would avoid the GMO corn, and focus on the green leafies.
Everyone has to figure out what works for them. What worked for me might not work for somebody else.
