From my experience - it takes some people a couple of weeks for the crankies to go away. What helps in the transition is chicken bouillon/bone broth, maybe with some additional sea salt.
Getting the sugar, carbs and processed oils out of your diet will make you feel amazing once you get them cleaned out of your system.

Thank You I have been sea salting more. Funny I had no clue why. I don’t use salt unless I am baking. My husband is a salt without tasting guy. So I never salt things when I cook.
