Surfing the Net for Porn is much easier when you’re “working” from Home sitting naked in front of your Computer.

It might be a problem in the Office.

The only change would be location of where they are goofing off. Also, I'd say that substituting "some" with "most" would be more accurate. I've met few government workers that could hold a job in the private sector...they gravitate to government jobs because they're worthless employees.
