Now his #newchallenge may be posting his $4,000 bail.
We appreciate the assistance of local people who spot flagrant violations of our emergency rules on various social media sites and report them to the appropriate authorities, Connors said in a statement.
Hawaii residents were apparently none too pleased with the New Yorkers alleged rule flouting.

I could care less if I ever see Hawaii again. The Left has destroyed paradise and put up a COVID quarantine zone in its place.
My insanely liberal brother in law who lives in Honolulu, and worships Obama, actually told us yesterday that perhaps Hawaii should be following Trump’s ideas instead. He said “we’re dying over here with this shut down.”
We have property south of Hilo in Hawaiian Paradise Park. I love the Big Island. I know the hate exists but I have never personally experienced it. We even walked onto a hate whitey compound down by the end of Hwy 130 down by Kalapana where the road dead ends because of the lava flow. They were super nice to us and showed us around. That was years ago. Now its a hippie compound but a great place to go for music and dancing on Wednesday nights.

I lived in Hawaii for thirty years and I can tell you that it was a very nice place to visit or to live, fifty years ago.
But that was before they built the freeways, which are now gridlocked 16 hours a day; before they killed agriculture to accommodate population growth; before they replaced the cane and pineapple fields with suburbs, shopping malls and condos; before they fully embraced tourism as the sole engine of their economy.
That was before the population ballooned from under 500 thousand in 1970 to 1.4 million in 2010. That was before Hawaii had the highest per capita cost of living and the lowest per capita income in the United States.
That was when crime of any sort was relatively rare and violent crime was almost unheard of. That was before the war on drugs and federal grants to the local police to stamp out pot. That was before the greed and corruption set in.
Hawaii used to be a nice place. Now it’s just a place with nice weather.
