I’ve often thought about how his name isn’t mentioned much when he’s been up to his eyeballs in it.
Absolutely no ballot control. They will fulfill every one of the unaffiliated/inactive requests without checking.

EVERY name on the voter role will receive a ballot because, at some point, someone will say, “We figured that is the only fair procedure.”
With ballots this easily available, overall turnout in the NJ primary will be over 100%, statewide.
