You have your leader of opposition already agreeing to be in cahoots with you when they take over. Recognize them quickly as the official government, then get them to sign contracts for the natural resources-oil etc. Contracts that greatly advantage you and your cohorts.
Hire DynCorp for the human harvesting that a war-torn area is easily instituted-Just another money making scheme. Remember that bone marrow can be harvested after death and is one of the most lucrative components.

My understanding is also that Khaddafi did not want to be part of the International Monetary Fund. Any country that isn’t in the IMF is in immediate danger of being liberated.
