I just love the ones in the parks which flush periodically. Scares the sh** out of you...no pun intended.
There’s a Japanese company, Toto, that markets a self-cleaning, automated WC that even features an ozone generator that they claim kills any E. Coli floating around post-poop.
I don’t know about that, but it’s 100% effective in terms of odor.
This for sure is coming to commercial construction in the US this year.
Other things that we’ll see: private stalls in toilet rooms, hand sanitizer stations in all public areas, automatic ‘no touch’ doors, enhanced destination dispatch of elevators...UV - C lights in high volume spaces, the list goes on.
