I heard some rumblings over the weekend that if Sullivan balked at the motion to dismiss that Sidney Powell could petition another (higher) court (DC Court of Appeals?) for a Writ of Mandamus
Here’s a theory:
If Flynn committed perjury by lying under oath in his guilty plea, then the prosecutors who induced him to plead guilty by threatening his son have suborned perjury. That’s a federal felony. 18 USC 1622

Now there's a term that I wish I would see more often. I think for sure Powell is going to have to go over Sullivan's jurisdiction; he already denounced Flynn as a traitor. He abandoned his seat as an impartial arbiter.
