It looks like "inconvenient information" about Obama's reign is being leaked with a spin on it to portray Obama as more advanced in his thinking than Trump.
It's called a "pandemic playbook" that Obama supposedly, "left for Trump" but, as the psyop would have us believe, President Trump "failed" to read it.
I want to know when Obama created this playbook and if he and Fauci had a good laugh over it. As you recall, Fauci is on video tape stating (3 years ago?) that Trump would definitely have a pandemic like the one we now have. Based on what we know of Obama, I believe Obama's admin wrote it when he lost and they created plans for the Plannedemic.
But - as I said - the psyop is claiming Obama was just smart like that.

I turned off my computer and as soon as it went dark, I realized I may have just passed along larpy information being used to portray conservatives as conspiracy theorists at heart. :/
So yeah, given that Obama is associated in my mind with numerous attempts to end life as we know it, I saw the info at the link and believed it was yet more proof of Obama’s “hobby” (e.g., culling efforts). But - it could be faked information for people like me to pass along. Please use more discernment than I did! :D
Aas noted yesterday, Fauci made a (Freudian?) slip of the tongue and nearly called the current scourge COVID-16.
Another FReeper posted that there was a sequenced COVID found in bats a few years ago.
Here is documentation indicating that the bat-sequenced COVID was known by Obama and Fauci and presented to POTUS team.
The previous speculation about battling a previously KNOWN SARS-CoV from 2016 is looming larger.
