The prosecutors are not claiming perjury, it’s the judge’s end-around. The collusion with + by Holder’s law firm is a factor here & one reason the deep state is more than eager to allow the dismissal of the case, skip that discussion and move to the fertile ground of “contempt” for “perjury”.

But, to find Flynn in contempt, he must necessarily FIRST rule on the motion to dismiss by the prosecution, otherwise where is the contempt?

Yes, the judge seemed to be responding to Obama’s rallying cry of perjury that he made in the released phone call with Isikoff. The DOJ (prosecutors) thought they were done until the judge came up with this new twist.

Makes you wonder if the released phone call was a message to Judge Sullivan to find something that sticks to the General, and oh, how about perjury?
