I do say I am proud that my state's very own Jeff Jenson and he will kick some rear. Not only was he put in place before Qs first post, he was also a a F_I special agent in the 90s. He knows his way around.
Where is the due process in this?

1) Can you be found guilty without being indicted for the offense? I did not think judges could decide what offense you were charged with. Aren’t they are there to preside over the trial for the specific charges brought by the prosecutor.
2) If you are going to be found guilty and sentenced for something, don’t you have the RIGHT to review the specific charges and then plead “guilty” or “not guilty”, and then present your defense before the court?
Cletus, I love that line of thinking! Subornation of perjury! Maybe the lawyers among us can tell us if that supersedes or voids their perjury claim. Since this was Holders law firm, it makes you wonder how much his lawyers knew from the get-go and whether they were in on setting up General Flynn. It sure looks that way from the fight Sidney Powell has had to get documents out of them.
