I tried this black seed oil today. It doesnt taste as nasty as liposomal C. I could down it and not want to gag. I saw where you can put it in oatmeal I have taken two doses today. It seemed to help with a breathing issue I have been having. It is a highly ranked brand but if you can make it yourself you would definitely be better off.

But I did buy the Energen-C with D and Zinc.
Sounds good to me. So many reports.
