People in this country are bowing down to the will of these politicians and bureaucrats who dare take their freedoms and liberties afforded to us in our constitution and turning some states into tyrannical, authoritarian jails.
People just need to start working and shopping and playing and associating with their neighbors like the law allows and force these wanna-be dictators to do something to stop them.
This is a country of the people, by the people and for the people, not of the government.
I see Governor Inslee of Washington state has to decided to double down starting tomorrow for two more weeks in clamping down of opening things up. He threatens using the National Guard to enforce his heavy-handed edicts. He is being sued, and I hope recalled, for not allowing the citizens of Washington to exercise their constitutional rights. It is against the law to do that.
There aren't enough jails to hold everybody if there is wide-spread civil disobedience. Not enough law enforcement personnel to arrest everybody. If they aren't careful, bullets will start flying and blood will be shed resisting these democRATS trying to control the populations of their states.
This corona virus is not the first bug to cause a pandemic and kill lots of people and it won't be the last. But this is the very first time the politicians have decided they can use the virus as an excuse shut the economy down and destroy people's lives, livelihoods and freedoms.
There are plenty of stories on this site and all over the internet about other pandemics in this country and the world that have taken place in the middle of people going about their daily lives as normal and not being prevented from making a living or not been able to freely associate with others.
I graduated college in 1969 and I don't even recall any word about a pandemic that killed a 100,000 people. It happened but we weren't locked in our homes to prevent us from getting the bug.
People keep talking about who started this and who should pay, China? I say, who is going to hold these politicians accountable for trying to introduce their jack-booted tyranny into people's lives and who is going to hold them accountable?
