Is there any possibility the missing entry on the docket is a sealed filing by Barr? Is it ethical to leave a derp filing off docket? It’s most likely a docket listing for another case not related to the Flynn case. The search would only bring up listings for the Flynn case. Notice the Minute order from the judge has no docket number entry.
