Judge Sullivan even admitted the rule he’s relying on is from the rules for CIVIL procedure in his circuit, not CRIMINAL procedures. He’s out in very left field doing this and Sydney Powell, joined by the DOJ, should be writing an appeal to put an immediate slap down on his complete over reach on this.
The prosecutors have withdrawn their complaint, citing lack of a prosecutable crime or even a predicate to be investigating the person who was brought before the bar.
The judge does NOT have the authority to continue prosecuting on his own authority, nor does he have the power to impanel an after-the-fact ad hoc self-appointed group of amicus JURY MEMBERS to weigh-in on guilt or sentencing.

It’s also the case that Judge Sullivan made several errant conclusions he put in his prior order(s) - assuming things he was told were true that proved not to be, statements that went to the heart of why he was accepting guilty plea - except it was all a lie and his ruling stands on top of the lies.
The motion to dismiss was packed! Does Sullivan think what an outrage it is to have been co-opted into the scam? Apparently not.
I think all started this quickly coming to realize that our nation’s highest courts and other institutions had been totally corrupted ... I also trust that the white hats were anticipating.

I don’t understand how people and groups get to comment on a private persons case. Isn’t this more Civil Rights violations? Caused by a Federal Judge no less. We should all be aware that, until sentenced, Flynn has not been convicted of any crime.
Is there any possibility the missing entry on the docket is a sealed filing by Barr? Is it ethical to leave a derp filing off docket?
Yeah but he already pleaded guilty! That was His Choice. The Judge can just come down with a sentence if he wants to, to Force drumpf into having to Pardon Him!
